  • - Pas de frais de dossier, ni de  frais d'étude

  • - Facturés uniquement si l'achat est conclu et réglés lors  de la signature de l'acte authentique

  • - Des honoraires supplémentaires dans le cas où l'achat se  fait en direct auprès du propriétaire vendeur, sans honoraires d'agence immobilière

Honoraires plafonnés à 16 k€ TTC, et 30 k€ TTC pour la prime si en direct.

 

Nos honoraires sont construits en fonction de votre budget pour une tranche de prix d'achat. Le prix d'achat prend  en compte les honoraires d'agence immobilière, hors frais  de notaire.
